TherapyRecord.Online is a new platform for Counselling and Psychotherapy providers. The service is aimed at small to medium sized business, charities and not for profit service providers who need a customisable platform that can adapt to different contracts and multiple teams. The platform has been designed by experts in the field with security at its core and is constantly evolving through a collaboration between our community of psychotherapists, Desuto, Tango3, Centrivault. The platform went live in 2022. The July 2023 release has additional security designed in and enough customisation and automation features to make it attractive to businesses that might be considering a more expensive platforms. The platform has a simple, easy to use interface ideal for those who are overwhelmed by clutter. Improvements under review include a client portal with wellbeing tools and guidance, pre-treatment options, drop-out signalling, continuous progress monitoring, therapist feedback, and built in research tools.
