Both in person and virtual services are offered by a diverse group of counsellors, youth development facilitators, tutors and educational support staff. We know that masking and trying to fit in can be exhausting and can impact your quality of life and mental health. Our therapists can help you explore a life that lifts masking, reduces anxiety, changes reactivity, and brings meaning and purpose. While our services are uniquely developed to support individuals with anxiety and with neurodivergence, such as giftedness, Autism, FASD, Acquired Brain Injury, Learning Disabilities, and ADHD, our team has many years of experience in a broad range of mental health supports. We pride ourselves on our flexibility and strong clinical background in individual and family therapy, trauma counselling, and traditional and non-traditional approaches to supporting individuals and their families. Our counsellors use a broad range of tools to address mental health concerns, including Art Therapy and expressive therapies, Executive Functioning Supports, CBT, Relational Counselling, Play-based therapies.
