Therasize is a digital mental health platform designed to make therapy more effective, collaborative, and human—for both clients and clinicians. We offer structured tools for individuals to reflect, track their mental health, and engage with therapy homework in a more natural way. Worksheets and tasks are assigned by the therapist to patients, specific to their therapeutic needs. Patients connect with their therapist through a mobile application that allows them to access their built-in assigned worksheets and tasks, ask questions and keep track of their progress. Users not in therapy can also access basic self-help worksheets and psychoeducational materials written by therapists and mental health professionals. The platform improves the engagement of patients with therapy and makes life easier for the therapist ultimately improving, patient outcomes and overall mental well-being (for both parties).
