TherEX Scope of Services TherEX provides rehabilitation therapies, management, and consultation service solutions to 31 hospital locations with experience in 13 states. Since its inception, TherEX has emphasized quality service delivery rather than size. TherEX’s strategic plan includes careful selection of hospital partners adding a finite number of new partners each year. This enables TherEX to provide unsurpassed individualized attention and responsiveness to our partners. Our contract models include Management Only, Full Staffing & Management, and Consulting Services. • Consulting Service agreements are customized for a hospital client according to its needs which are usually based on an on-site audit of the department. In response to South Shore Hospital’s Request for Proposal, a consulting service agreement is what TherEX is proposing for this process. • Full Staffing and Management model includes a Director of Rehabilitation and complete interdisciplinary therapy staff which also include management expertise oversight by a Regional Vice President and the Clinical Operations Department. • Management Only models provide for key management personnel and expertise which often includes a Program Director and management expertise support from a Regional Vice President and the Clinical Operations Department. Our service sites consist of Inpatient, Outpatient, Skilled Units, Home Health, and IRU rehabilitation services.
