Thermal’s mission is to change the way we travel for the better, by putting passions first. For many of us, activities like surfing, fishing, skiing, cycling, cooking, and yoga are more than just hobbies to pass the time — they’re a core part of who we are. Our passions connect us to community, cement friendships, and make us feel alive. They inspire us to test ourselves, to leave home and explore the world. Traveling in pursuit of our passions brings us experiences we remember for life. Whether it’s the annual group surf trip with lifelong friends, or a solo journey to score a bucket-list wave on the other side of the world, we live for these adventures. Unfortunately, finding and planning these trips is often fraught with difficulty and stress. It’s our goal to change this. Thermal is building the marketplace for passion-driven travel. With a founding team that has shaped companies like Kayak, Airbnb, Hotwire, OpenTable, and Apple, we have the skillset to build a world-class company. It's early days, but we're working relentlessly to bring our vision to life, and we’re excited to meet like-minded individuals eager to join us on our journey.
