With Thermo Clinics we help make runners from all levels aware of their core temperature during a run and what to do when hyperthermia happens. We started this initiative after our son collapsed at the finish of a 16km running race in Amsterdam, due to a heat stroke. We had never heard of this and none of the caretakers were able to explain why it had happened. It became our mission to understand this phenomenon and help prevent it in the future. And what we have learned is that death due to heat stroke is 100% preventable when correct action is taken!
