TheryCell brings together experts in T-cell analysis, bioinformatics, and molecular biology. Our mission is clear: to pioneer a novel therapy against various cancers based on tumor-reactive T-cells. Our patented technology, tested in dozens of tumor samples, is actively proving the tumor-killing potential of our dedicated T-cell selections in collaborations with clinics and research institutes. TheryCell collaborates with clinics and research institutes, combining a unique bioinformatics platform with high-throughput NGS of T-cell receptor compounds and single-cell sequencing (10Xgenomics) to manufacture dedicated, tumor-specific T-cells. Focusing on natural tumor-specific T-cell receptors (TCRs), we identify T-cells that escaped negative selection and evolved into dominant tumor-specific T-cell clones after encountering tumor antigens. Our proprietary technologies in immune-sequencing and special tissue handling decipher complex T-cell repertoires in the tumor (TILs). Sequencing alpha/beta TCRs provides the foundation for a tumor-specific personalized TCR-gene therapy.
