Our team was committed to delivering timely solutions, just like a real help desk. Azure Lab Exploration: We set up a virtual lab environment using Azure, experimenting with Windows Server 2019 and Windows 10 VMs. Learning about networking, security, and resource management was a key aspect of our journey. Domain Integration: We linked the thesaugaat.com.au domain to our Azure profiles, practicing domain management and authentication. User Account Management: Creating, modifying, and managing user accounts taught us valuable skills in user administration. We reset passwords, assigned permissions, and ensured smooth access control. Email Setup and Licensing: Setting up email accounts using Microsoft 365 was another crucial task. We configured licenses, security settings, and access permissions.
