We believe every child deserves the very best, with an opportunity to grow each and every day, making tomorrow better than yesterday. What does Think Caps provide? We offer a wholesome mental health and well-being programme to be taught in schools. The programme consists of fun outstanding lesson plans and resources for children aged 3-13. The perfect toolkit to use alongside or within PSHE lessons in schools. Training workshops and sessions to schools (online or in person) Delivering live lessons to children 24 hour IT support Did you know? * This is now a STATUTORY GOV REQUIREMENT as of September 2021 We take a life-course approach to mental health because good mental health begins in infancy. * 20% of adolescents may experience a mental health problem in any given year. *50% of mental health problems are established by age 14 and 75% by age 24. *10% of children and young people (aged 5-16 years) have a clinically diagnosable mental problem, * Yet 70% of children and adolescents who experience mental health problems have not had appropriate interventions at a sufficiently early age.
