Think Clinical Psychologists are a team of clinical psychologists based in North Sydney and Neutral Bay. We're passionate about what we do and have built a strong reputation within our community by providing effective treatment and a high standard of client care. Navigating the mental health care system can be challenging and we pride ourselves on offering a high quality service that meets the individual needs or our clients. Our team of clinicians are highly qualified and have extensive experience working with kids, teens, adults, parents, couples, and families. We specialise in treatment for: Anxiety disorders Depression Postnatal Depression Bipolar Disorder Eating Disorders Self-harm Work/School stress Behavioural problems Relationship issues We’re committed to helping individuals achieve change as quickly as possible and use individualised, evidence-based treatment plans to accomplish this. We work primarily from a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy framework but our team are also experienced in a range of other evidence-based treatments and may draw on other modalities depending on a client's presenting problem and their history of treatment, including Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Maudsley Family Based Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Interpersonal and Social Rhythms Therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy, and attachment focused interventions. As a practice, one of our goals is to raise awareness and reduce the stigma that surrounds mental health and so we produce monthly newsletters and tips sheets for general practitioners, as well as deliver presentations within the community to encourage discussion about mental health. As part of our service we also regularly publish self-help tips sheets on our website.
