About Think Construction Skills

Think Construction Skills offer support and training in NVQ Qualifications. We provide NVQ levels 1 to 7 in both Certificates and Diplomas. Working with CITB, Cskills Awards, NOCN Group and Pro Qual, our focus is to develop the building industry to ensure those working within it have the skills and competency to carry out their work safely and to a high standard. All of our Assessors have worked within the construction industry and have extensive site knowledge. They have many years of experiene at all levels and are qualified professionals. At Think Construction Skills we are focused on providing high quality training and assessments at dates and times suitable for all involved, we even offer out of hours assessments to assist shift workers completing their award. This flexible approach has been welcomed by individuals and companies alike. To achieve your NVQ Qualifications, we use the OSAT route to achievement – On Site Assessment and Training. This means that all assessments will be carried out in the workplace; incurring minimal disruption to the working day. During each session evidence will be identified and gathered to create a portfolio towards your vocational qualification. The candidate will need to demonstrate practical skills and portray understanding and awareness of the job, in order to evidence their level of knowledge in the industry. We are located in Essex, which gives us easy access to areas across London and we also have a team of Assessors based nationally, enabling us to cover the whole of the UK. Think Construction Skills assess a range of construction occupations for Plant Operators, Trades, Supervisors and Managers. We offer competitive rates and aim to get you qualified within the quickest time possible. It’s all about demonstrating your practical skills and portraying your understanding and awareness of your role to prove your level of knowledge in the industry.
