Think Differently is passionate about harnessing the advantages of neurodiversity. We empower neurodivergent minds for the benefit of individuals and the organisations they work for. Neurodiversity is an overarching description for the minority of individuals whose brain has a preference for processing information using alternative patterns. When those patterns prove less effective at dealing with traditional "Industrial" education systems, they lead to a number of learning-disability labels, such as Dyslexia, ADHD, Dyscalculia and Dyspraxia. People who process sensory information in a divergent way are described as having Autism Spectrum Disorder. Providing training and coaching with a sense of warmth, friendliness, and individual pride.
