About Think Kinetic

Think Kinetic is a social enterprise dedicated to raising awareness and promoting inclusivity for Neurodivergent, Disabled, LGBTQIA+, and lower socio-economic communities. We work with individuals and organizations to recognize the strengths and challenges of intersectional identities, create more inclusive, sustainable workplaces, and foster positivity and acceptance through our training, consultancy, and coaching services. Founded by Kathleen Helm (They/Them), a speaker, trainer, and coach, Think Kinetic is built on personal lived experience and centred in community. Kathleen identifies as working class, multi-disabled, queer, and neurodivergent. Following a late diagnosis of ADHD and Autism, they transitioned from a successful career in Fundraising, the Arts, and Project Management to focus full-time on advocacy and inclusivity. Kathleen is recognised for their courage, authenticity, and down-to-earth approach. They bring a unique perspective, blending humour, storytelling, and empathy to make complex, often challenging topics both accessible and impactful. As a social enterprise we are keen that our work also reaches those who cannot afford consultancy services, including charities, community groups, social prescribers and of course the neurodivergent community, both diagnosed and undiagnosed.
