About THINKTANK

THINKTANK has been operating since 2009 as a social entrepreneurship. The Centre manages a network of ideas, delivers publications and multimedia, carries out and organizes research. All of its activities are conducted within strategic programs and partnership projects. We also publish a quarterly, “THINKTANK Magazine”, dedicated to effective management, leadership and public policies. We run THINKTANK SOCIETY – a society of leaders, managers and experts gathered around THINKTANK and interested in their own self-development. Our mission is to inspire and support Polish decision makers in looking at reality from a multi-level perspective as well as to bridge a gap between spheres, which usually do not coincide with each other, e.g. public and private, theory and practice, research and intuition. Strengthening the public debate in Poland, creating new forms of expression and delivering synthetic knowledge to leaders in order to help them make better decisions, are only a few of the many objectives of the Centre. THINKTANK itself is a network of experts: it consists of almost a hundred specialists from various fields. The Strategic Board of the Centre includes: the Nobel Peace Prize winner – Muhammad Yunus, the Vice-President of the European Commission – Günter Verheugen, and several crucial personas of the Polish public life. THINKTANK activities are also supported by institutional partners.
