We at Thinnies believe that society has forgotten the timeless and original burger. Established in December 2020, Thinnies was created to remind people of what a classic darn good burger looks and tastes like. We dedicated countless hours in the kitchen, grinding our own patties and developing the perfect blend that wouldn’t need any enhancements. We invested time studying the right temperature to sear and caramelize our meat to highlight powerful, crisp and juicy flavors. We paired our patty with classic toppings that complement the taste without the need to overpower. Finally, we sandwiched the contents in between two perfectly dense, but airy potato buns that delivered the Thinnies burger. It is a burger that is minimal, nostalgic, and impactful. Our sincerity allows us to shine through the over-sauced sea of burgers that exists today. We are here to remind our people of the beauty of simplicity, that less can mean more, and that one will never be enough.
