Third Act Coaching supports leaders through the pivotal transition to their post-career lives. Drawing on the classic three-act story structure, I support my clients to uncover the experiences, lessons, and aspirations that shape what they will choose to do next. During my seven year experience coaching leaders at Pixar Animation Studios, I gained profound appreciation for storytelling, iteration, and the power of refining our narratives no matter what we create. I combine this storytelling background with a deep understanding of personal and professional development to help my clients write the script for their most compelling third act. My approach involves guided self-reflection, experiential activities, and deep listening, enabling my clients to explore their life's story arc and design a vibrant, authentic future.
