Third Sight LLC is a woman-owned small business that contributes to and creates conditions for success in work and life for people with disabilities. Our vision reflects our values—an inclusive world that celebrates creativity, authenticity, kindness, and passion. We make a difference in three primary areas: leadership development and strategic planning for nonprofits that focus on equity and inclusion, disability inclusion in the workforce, and research to understand education and workforce development strategies to improve outcomes for people with disabilities of all ages. Services we offer include: - Helping organizations grow their social enterprises and supporting individual leaders in bringing their authentic leadership styles to work. - Planning for disability inclusion based on business needs and strategy; auditing business inclusion policies and practices - Conducting qualitative research and data analysis to understand what works in inclusive education and workforce policy and practice. - Creating individualized training for organizations to create highly effective teams and data-informed practice, including disability awareness and inclusive practices Our organization includes an extensive network of disability policy experts, economists, architects, data analysts, researchers, instructional designers, vocational rehabilitation counselors and administrators, adult education and literacy experts, and other subject matter experts. Importantly, we ensure that equity and inclusion are at the center of our work, from the people we work with to the people we serve. We are change-makers at the systems, organizational, and individual levels.
