What does it mean to live a life “without limits”? It means to live a life that is in alignment with your own personal beliefs, values and core-principles which enables you to create a powerful force in the world for helping others discover similar meaning for themselves. A life lived in a virtuous cycle of empowerment and growth. A life of inner expansiveness and outer radiance. I have made it my personal mission to help you begin to define that for yourself by sharing my own story and the the stories of others in an effort to illuminate a path to personal growth and development that is accessible and durable. It’s simple, but that doesn’t mean it’s easy. The overarching aim of this program I have dubbed "This Life Without Limits" is to illuminate some effective and accessible options for stepping onto the path – your path. To show you methods I actively use to transform my own life in hopes that you may begin to transform your own. I intend to keep things simple. But not easy. That is the way. Practical. Accessible. No bullshit. Gain a toehold then equilibrium then change. Meaningful, durable change. That begins with this website, my podcast, and my coaching services.
