We werken bij voorkeur via afspraak, omdat we de tijd willen geven om objectief te adviseren en de verschillende voor- en nadelen van fietsmodellen, accessoires of verzekeringsformules uit de doeken te doen. We trachten keuzestress te reduceren door een grondige selectie te maken op basis van de prijs-kwaliteit verhouding, esthetiek, en service niveau van de leverancier. De focus op kwaliteit vertaald zich in de samenstelling van het assortiment. Fietsen die na enkele maanden of jaren gebreken beginnen vertonen verkopen we niet. De onderdelen die we gebruiken voor onderhoud en herstelling zijn van topkwaliteit; kabels zijn extra flexibel en glad, remblokken piepen niet, handgrepen en zadels zijn wetenschappelijk getest op ergonomie… Duurzaamheid komt voort uit de overtuiging dat we zorg moeten dragen voor onze planeet en omgeving. Leveranciers die hun voetafdruk verlagen hebben daarom een streepje voor. Onze smeer -en reinigingsproducten zijn biologisch afbreekbaar, en bijvulbaar vanuit bulk verpakkingen. Herstelling krijgt voorrang op vervanging. We gebruiken 100% groene stroom van Ecopower. En last but not least: onze fietsen zijn “made to last”.
