Transformative Care We are a group of doctoral-level psychologists and masters-level therapists who provide quality mental health care. As mental health specialists, we assist clients by providing quality therapy and connecting them to resources within the community. We help our clients connect with one of our therapists who can meet their needs and is available online or in-person. Connective Healing It’s essential for us that our clients are matched with a therapist who can treat their concerns, they can feel comfortable with, and they can build a connection. Rather than do things the typical way, we’ve created a system designed around our patients’ needs. Accepted Insurance Plans In-Network We are credentialed with the following insurance companies: Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO Blue Cross Blue Shield Blue Choice PPO Aetna PPO We will submit claims to your in-network insurance plan on your behalf Out-of-Network We will submit claims to your out-of-network insurance plan on your behalf, but you will be responsible for the full fee up front at the time of service. You will then be reimbursed depending on your out-of-network-benefits. Or, we can provide you with a superbill to submit claims on your own. Intake Session: $220.00 Hourly Session: $190.00 Benefits & Eligibility We will contact your insurance company to obtain a quote of benefits regarding your financial responsibility and then you will be informed. It is not a guarantee of payment. Self Pay If you do not wish to utilize insurance, you may pay out of pocket instead. Our Rates: Intake Session: $220.00 Hourly Session: $190.00
