Established in 2010, Thorn Run Partners is a leading Washington, DC-based government affairs firm whose members are Capitol Hill veterans with over a century’s experience in federal lobbying, government service and policy development. Unique for its bipartisan composition and client-friendly size, Thorn Run was founded by former aide to Democratic Senator Edward M. Kennedy (MA), Andy Rosenberg, and former aide to Republican Senator Fred Thompson (TN), Chris Lamond. Having spent decades at some of Washington's most prestigious large-scale lobbying and law firms, Rosenberg and Lamond designed Thorn Run Partners to incorporate the professionalism of large firms with the strategy and tactical approaches of an elite, boutique-sized agency.
