Three Little Birds Therapy is co-owned by an SLP and OT that each have over 14 years of experience working as a pediatric therapist. AT TLB, we pride ourselves on using a child-led approach to therapy. We follow the child's lead to ensure therapy is fun and motivating, and discreetly weave therapy goals into sessions to support progress and growth. We know that if a child isn't engaged and having fun, no learning can happen. TLB therapists use their strong knowledge base to determine the root cause of a child's needs, and then utilize therapeutic strategies to address this root cause, in order to affect true change and optimize outcomes for all children. We also know that an interdisciplinary team is often necessary in order to focus on the whole child, and are committed to being an integral part of that team for each child we support. TLB works with a large network of pediatric providers, and can always help families find the additional team members that their child may need. At TLB, learning never stops- our team is constantly learning so that we can support the families that we work with at an optimal level. Our goal is to support the children and families with work with in truly thriving.
