She will empower you to be in the driver’s seat and move toward a vital and purposeful life, using a variety of techniques, including ACT, DBT, EMDR, and creative arts therapy. As a trained drama therapist, as well as a clinical psychologist, Dr. Mary Kate Roohan can create a unique, creative strategy that is customized to the way your body, heart, and mind heal.
