Focusing on food freedom - we nourish and support your strength training without the toxic diet culture Having an incredibly community and support so you're only message away from getting help on your journey. Here's our blueprint to get you THRIVING in your body and health in the first 30 days: STEP 1 - Intro to lifting. We get you in our private facility, introduce you to the community and work on teaching you the basics of strength training. Focusing on correct form and technique for a safe start - whether your are a beginner or have lifted before. STEP 2 - Thriving Plan We organise a time to talk with a coach 1 on 1 to create a 90 day plan to get you moving each day towards your goals both in and out of the gym. We use what works for YOU with your nutrition and lifestyle to support your training. STEP 3- Confidence. We focus on building a sustainable and fun routine. To solidify your consistency over your first 30-90 days in THRIVE. From there, we see your strength increase, your nutritional choices get easier, your confidence grow and your results flourish.
