Founded by Ellis Thorne and his partner (a qualified teacher), our mission is to use our combined experience in recruitment and teaching to offer a recruitment experience that rises above that offered by our competitors in an already crowded and established field. Thrive Education is a bespoke teaching agency based in the South West whose key focus is to establish and maintain a genuine partnership between the settings that use it and the staff it places. This approach benefits both the schools and the Thrive Education teachers as assignments are always carefully matched and well thought out; after all, no one gains from incompatible placements, least of all the pupils.
