Our mission is to develop thriving people through nurturing relationships and a culture of intentionality. We value relationships with people over completing tasks but keep a healthy balance between both. Grit is required to win, and we must win to create opportunities for those that we value in relationships. As we nurture our relationships, we empower through leading with an ownership mentality. Our organization is not stagnant therefore we cannot be static. The “bookends” of our core values are intentionally chosen, we start with grit and end with nurture, seemingly two ends of the spectrum. One is not effective without the other, nor is it sustainable.
