We’re uniquely positioned to create lasting change within the traditional construction industry, shifting the paradigm from one which focuses on profit, to one that focuses on profit and people. We establish regional live/work sites - each with a skilled, fully equipped, motivated workforce - in close proximity to each project. We manage the physical live/worksites, care for the needs of workers and their families, and maintain constant, productive awareness of the client and workforce experience. These “home bases” are more than a place for workers to eat and sleep: they have access to activities, skillshare, thrivecoaching, and an intentionally cultivated community. This model will also begin bridging the gap between a robust construction marketplace, and the simultaneous labor and affordable housing shortage straining the industry in recent years.
