Katie struggled with Long Covid for almost 3 years, then decided to use her background and experience in healthcare to look for solutions and feel better again. She started digging into research, finding tools and connected with Andrea along the way, who is an expert in how to enhance body and brain connections and performance. They have drawn evidence and their combined knowledge to develop packages that guide others through simple step-by-step programs to manage Long COVID symptoms and feel like themselves again.
