About ThriveWorx
We are a non-profit platform focused on disrupting poverty through market-driven collective action. We work through business supply chains to catalyze social impact downstream and enable communities to drive their own social change. We call this our market-driven, locally-led, globally resourced approach. Sounds great, right? So how do we work to achieve this big vision. 1) We design customized CSR programs that enable companies to build upon the natural impact of their business and align those efforts with the need of communities on global SDGs, particularly poverty alleviation. 2) We partner with the local communities who comprise a supply chain to develop leaders who then identify their development priorities. 3) We then build ecosystems and mobilize outside resources to fill gaps and expedite progress, including other marketplace, non-profit and government stakeholders who can help communities achieve their vision. 4) We study results of our programs and constantly seek to improve. We are part enablers. Part doers. Part laboratory of new ideas. The work is complex. It's constantly evolving. We don't have all the answers. But we are seeing promising results. Come work together.
