About Thriving at Home

Thriving at Homes’ mission is to empower older adults who choose to age in their home. Our goal is to help our clients achieve the autonomy to live a safe and fulfilling life at home. We connect and coordinate trusted support services to improve the quality of life for them and their families. Thriving at Home saves our clients and their families time, money and stress by navigating and vetting the multitude of aging services available. We provides person-centric care, while also facilitating those hard discussions with the client and their family members about the possible adjustments they may need to make. We offer: • A complete evaluation of the social, health, safety, financial, and legal conditions of our clients. • Recommendations of support services that can improve the quality of life for our clients and empower them to age in their home. • Service Plan packages that provide the management of services and a once a week check in visit with our client. This can be a valuable service for the adult child that is not able to assist with their parent’s needs. • Advocacy for medical, legal and financial needs, including attending doctor and other professional appointments. Owner, Patty Bennett is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)®. As a CSA, Patty passed a rigorous exam, a background-check, continuing education and upholds the highest ethical standards for the benefit and protection of the health and welfare of her clients. Prior to founding Thriving at Home, Patty managed the care of a gentleman for four years, the care of her mother for four years and has extensive experience in navigating the support services available to the older adult. Patty complements her experience in aging services with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from San Francisco State University, and 15 years’ experience in business development, operations and customer service.
