About Thriving in STEM
We bring together people from all STEM fields, at all stages of career and education to help them flourish in all aspects of their lives and profession. To us, FLOURISH means that we progress in our careers as we'd like to, we're able to enjoy profession, we have work/home harmony, we feel fulfilled, and we have work/home harmony, and good professional relationships and personal relationships. We also want to reinforce that you're not alone. STEM professionals share a lot of challenges. Plus, we can support each other as we navigate our own unique challenges. The bulk of our services are completely FREE -- including micro-trainings and information distributed via email and LinkedIn, many virtual on-demand trainings, and even some group on-site workshops (both virtual and live), and keynote speeches. We also periodically offer free private one-on-one coaching sessions. One of our key values is generosity. So, in addition to these free services, we offer customized extensive trainings and customized in-depth private coaching at rates that are a mere fraction of what is required elsewhere. We believe the power of coaching and the brain-science skills we teach should be available to ALL women in STEM, not just the ones with current funding or substantial personal resources.
