In the course of treatment, we typically incorporate elements of trauma-informed techniques, mindfulness, and behavioral therapies—including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS). And if you’re in search of couples counseling, we also have therapists on our team who specialize in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method for couples.
