Through Therapy is a psychotherapy practice based in Chicago, offering individual therapy both in person and via secure telehealth across Illinois. We support adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, grief, burnout, trauma, perfectionism and life transitions. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just unsure of your next step, we're here to walk with you through it. Our mission is to help people reconnect with their authentic selves and build more meaningful, secure relationships with others and with themselves. We believe that when healing happens at the individual and relational levels, it has the power to ripple outward into families, communities, and future generations. Our vision is a world where therapy is not just a service, but a catalyst for personal and systemic change. Where people feel safe enough to grow, supported enough to take risks, and seen enough to feel deeply understood. We offer trauma-informed, integrative therapy that is tailored to each individual’s story. Our work is grounded in evidence-based modalities like AEDP, CBT, ACT, attachment-based therapy, and somatic and experiential approaches. Perhaps more importantly, it’s grounded in relationship because we believe healing happens in connection.
