INDUSTRY LEADING TECHNOLOGY Our reservation system provides real-time availability, instant confirmations and actual hotel confirmations to each player/family. As a Tournament Administrator, you will have up-to-date team blocks, roomnights booked, comp rooms earned, and accurate reports to share with the CVB. REBATES ON TIME In addition to low rates, we also negotiate a $10-$20 per roomnight rebate into each hotel room rate for your organization. We will confirm and bill the hotels after the tournament and pay it to you in one check within 45-days or less, guaranteed, whether we have collected from the hotels or not.
