About Thundermist Health Center

Thundermist Health Center is a nonprofit community health center serving three communities in Rhode Island: Woonsocket, West Warwick, and South County. Thundermist provides comprehensive healthcare services in order to meet the needs of the communities we serve. This includes primary medical care, by board-certified, full-time staff providers who carry full hospital admitting privileges. Dental care provided by dentists and dental hygienists, and behavioral health services in a fully integrated model alongside our medical services. In addition, we offer pharmacy services, social services case management, comprehensive care for trans, nonbinary, and gender diverse individuals, prenatal and postnatal care, school-based health services, substance use disorder treatment, and a range of services for individuals living with HIV.
