Thwaites Real Estate (TRE) is a niche Commercial Property Consultants based in Altrincham, which primarily operates in the North West but with the capability of servicing nationwide client remits. We are focussed in maximising value for both landlord and tenant clients across the commercial property sectors through an in-depth analysis and delivery of what is required to satisfy clients requirements. With director level service provided at all times we are committed to initiating and maintaining longstanding client relationships that continue long after the initial instruction has completed. Working with our established best in class partners we are able to manage every aspect of commercial property in order to exceed expectations from inception to delivery. Following an extensive commercial agency career in Manchester that began in 2000, firstly at Lambert Smith Hampton and more latterly with Avison Young, David moved ‘client side’ to FI Real Estate Management (FI-REM) as Head of Offices in its Asset Management Department in 2016. During this time David was responsible for the asset management of several nationwide office-led portfolios comprising of 40 buildings totalling approximately 2.4million sq ft let to a mixture of blue-chip and regional occupiers. With over 20 years in the property industry, working for established national agencies coupled with the insight and experience gained from the demands and expectations of being a client, David made the decision to set up TRE in August 2020. With the unprecedented changes and disruption brought to the industry by COVID-19, underpinned by increasing demands from occupiers, there has never been a greater need for both landlord and tenants being able to call upon trusted and well-informed strategic advice. With a personal engaging approach coupled with an established track record and industry savvy experience we are here to provide its clients with this advice.
