That day, and a conversation years later with a 92-year-old woman who was left waiting so long she had an accident, transformed a frustrating “what if” into reality. Because getting help should be simple, fast, and safe. Today, Thyim makes it easy for neighbors to help neighbors with life’s messes, mini-crises, and those “I just need a hand” moments.
