This is because the alternative credit market and financing with 100% own capital often prove too costly and limit a company's growth potential. We're committed to creating a transparent and fair credit market. We do this by increasing awareness of risk, interest rates, and various financing options. Our work involves analysing existing bank financing and current capital and debt portfolios to identify opportunities for financing through the capital market. We provide bridge financing in a new concept for situations such as refinancing, expansion, or choosing a capital structure for growth and potentially an IPO. We provide guidance to companies on Direct Lending or when listing bonds on the market. Through our partnerships, our clients gain access to a network of investors including private individuals, asset management clients, family offices and institutions. Our core offering is standardization and low costs, enabling lower loan and bond volumes, typically around 20 million SEK and upwards, depending on the solution and investor. Our goal is to provide a transparent and fair credit market to businesses who need it the most.
