Tiffany Chance is the owner of Tiffany’s Properties and is a full-time, full-service REALTOR®, specializing in properties within Williamson and Travis County. She has lived in the Austin Area since 1985 and grew up in the Real Estate industry. In 2007, Tiffany attained her Real Estate license and assisted in opening a franchise with her mother. In her first year, Tiffany closed 13 transactions, selling over 2.7 million dollars of Real Estate. On average, Tiffany sells the properties she lists for sale (for owners/sellers) within 53 days on the market (based on 2009 and 2010 sales). She is a successful Realtor and ‘Top Producer’ who continues to sell over a million dollars of Real Estate each year, in addition to helping people buy and rent properties. Tiffany is kept busy raising her daughter, but finds time to contribute to the community through her involvement in the Austin Board of Realtors® Installation and Award Committee, Big Brother Big Sister, Austin Junior Forum, Annunciation Maternity Home and Chamber of Commerce. Many of Tiffany’s agents also serve on committees and boards at either Austin Board of Realtors® and/or Williamson County Association of Realtors® and volunteer at numerous other non-profits, including Big Brother Big Sister, Austin Junior Forum, Annunciation Maternity Home, Angel Heart Hospice and others.
