Tii builds relationships with individuals to provide passive investment opportunities into tangible real estate assets: from new construction to development projects, and short-term, fix and flip deals. We've been in business since 2014 and started by flipping houses and managing rental properties. After completing about 100+ deals, the company added a new construction wing into their business, building between 25-30 homes per year in the sub-$500k price point.
