At Tilt Global, we empower change. Our full mission statement goes into more detail: We empower change by enabling better decision making. That last part is the “how we do it.” Our Decision Making Lab is a super-accelerator designed for executive teams and enterprise leaders. It builds group decision making skills, exposes team biases, and drives strategic alignment. At the core of our mission, though, is the first part – the “what we do.” It’s the main outcome we deliver to our clients – a change in the way the leadership team looks at their strategic context, a change in the way they operate, a change in the way they plan for and adapt to an uncertain future. Our purpose, to empower change, is our raison d’être. Beginning with our DML, we are building an organization to enable those leadership teams who recognize that things aren’t going in the right direction to find a new way to operate. These leaders need – and want – to embrace change. Either what they are doing isn’t working, or there is a group (like a new acquisition or a PE portfolio company) that needs to align themselves, their strategy, and their operations internally. We make change possible, and we do it very quickly.
