For over 45 years, Tim Jordan Company, Inc. (TJC) has utilized its expertise and talent to provide an unmatched level of service to our customers. This level of commitment is the reason that so many of the defense contractors in the Highland Industrial Park continue to seek out our services. TJC has built our business on catering to the defense contractors’ needs. We work closely with our clients, often providing planning and estimating services before projects are ever approved. We strive to build relationships with our customers and be an integral part of the overall project from inception all the way to completion. We believe that these strong, long-lasting relationships are what make both TJC and our customers successful. We have decades of experience updating and renovating these 40’s era buildings. TJC has worked closely over the years with our defense partners to make these existing buildings work for their manufacturing needs. We understand the original materials and methods of construction, including some of the potential concerns and hazards they pose. We also know and work closely with all the stakeholders located in the Industrial Park, which allows us to be efficient in implementing tasks that interface with them (utilities, approvals, permits, etc.). Over the years we have repurposed these buildings to manufacture missile systems, build rocket motor components, manufacture infrared countermeasures, house in-process/finished products, and provide office space. We have learned how to be inventive and resourceful when utilizing these structures for manufacturing defense products. Our staff and crew have extensive knowledge and bring many years of experience in defense related construction and manufacturing.
