TIM’S Automotive & Towing is the largest independently owned automotive maintenance and repair center in North-East Baltimore. Tim’s has two full service automotive centers and a 24-hour towing service in Parkville and Carney, MD. TIM’S is a family owned and operated business that has proudly served the Greater Baltimore Metropolitan area since 1987. We pride ourselves on being a one stop shop for any automotive repair. TIM’S motto “We will be there when you need us”, describes the level of service we strive to provide to every customer. We want to help our customers take care of their vehicles by educating them on their vehicle, providing quality technical assistance in a timely manner, at affordable prices. TIM’S offers complete preventive maintenance and repair services for light, medium and heavy-duty vehicles to include hybrid and electric vehicles. We also specialize in digital vehicle inspections, diagnostic testing including ABS, wheelchair lift maintenance, tire sales, computerized balancing, and electrical repair issues. TIM’S uses only quality parts with a nationwide warranty. OUR MISSION STATEMENT: As a family-owned business, the mission of Tim’s Automotive & Towing is to provide superior automotive and towing services to our customers and our community. Our goal is to provide these services with integrity and excellence while delivering the highest level of customer service in all aspects of our business.
