A family owned and operated business since 1981; we pride ourselves on providing exceptional personalized Raving Fan customer service to all of our dealers, loan and subordinated note holders. Because we are licensed to only do business through organizations (Dealers or distributors) who assign contracts to us, we cannot and do not provide personal loans directly to individuals. A foundational cornerstone to our success is the fact that we pride ourselves on developing and cultivating loyal long-term relationships. Because we are a relational company, we practice referral marketing—with 95% of our customers coming exclusively from word-of-mouth referrals. To this end we are committed to help improve the quality of life for our dealers, distributors, loan holders and investors by providing tailored sales financing programs allowing consumers the ability to buy high quality home products through affordable monthly payments with an experienced team who are committed to providing a customer centered experience.
