Based in San Diego and founded in 2018, we make artisan handbags and accessories that embody artisan culture with the California lifestyle so you can Live Artisanally - During a trip to Mexico in the summer of 2017, our founder Marina Laparte came across local artisans making handwoven bags. Seeing this as an opportunity to support the communities in need and share their work with the world, she took home some handbags to create Tin Marin and make them available for all.
