Tinney Tool and Machine Co., Inc. is a full service, family owned and operated machine shop located in Belleville, Illinois. We aim to at all times maintain the utmost levels of quality service, value, and integrity for our customers while striving to place ourselves at the forefront of business within the manufacturing industry. Meeting precision machining needs with professional craftsmanship is our passion. Tinney Tool has the in-house capabilities of CNC turning, CNC milling, general machining, and large or small production runs. We also have the capacity to do grinding, honing, die repair, specialty tooling, jigs, fixtures, and large or small scale production sawing. As a full service shop we can furnish the raw materials, programming, and tooling. We can also machine material using supplied programs and tooling. By maintaining a flexible work schedule, we are able to cater to any of our customer’s needs, including emergency or rush orders. Our quality control department can supply inspections reports. This includes but is not limited to, control sheets, inspection sheets, parts submission warrants, flow charts, and final approval reports.
