About TINT Education

TINT Education provides training and consultancy for schools and workplaces in trauma-informed, neuroaffirmative and therapeutic approaches, to improve outcomes for people of all ages. Offering online and in-person services across Ireland and the UK, our mission is to support and empower the education and wider workforce to foster true inclusion and personal growth by becoming trauma-informed and neuro-inclusive. We achieve this by sharing relational and therapeutic knowledge, strategies and approaches. With a growth-mindset and strengths-based lens, we recognise the unique abilities and resilience that characterise neurodivergent children and adults, or those impacted by trauma. We also recognise the difficulties and challenges that are often faced, and how these can be overcome with the support of reasonable adjustments. Becoming trauma-informed and neuro-inclusive means the contributions, presence and perspectives of all people, including those who think differently or have different life experiences, are valued and integrated into the environment. By employing evidence-based models drawn from fields of study including psychology, neuroscience, psychotherapy, occupational therapy and speech and language therapy, we assist in creating this organisational change. Working collaboratively with clients, we equip them with the necessary knowledge and skills to leverage their own expertise and relational strengths. With appropriate guidance and support, we know that every school and organisation can promote a sense of belonging, connection and community for everyone. This is key to ensuring no child or adult is disadvantaged by their circumstances and that they are instead granted the understanding and accommodations that enable them to reach their full potential.
