Tiny House Factory homes are constructed primarily from wood and its derivatives, such as CE wood for the main structure, cellulose insulation for thermal efficiency, and wood fiber for insulation and interior microclimate regulation. The exterior of our homes features a ventilated facade, with finishing options that include wood, metal, and fiber cement board siding. We are always open to incorporating innovative, eco-friendly materials. The interior finishes are made from wood, fiber cement board, and clay, available in a variety of natural hues that don't require additional painting. These materials offer exceptional humidity control, heat retention and release, and are dust- and odor-resistant.
