Tiny Tools for Big Feelings CIC is a community interest company supporting children, parents, schools, and vulnerable young people with anxiety, emotional regulation, and mental health challenges. We offer trauma-informed coaching, practical resources, and wellbeing workshops designed to empower families and professionals with tools that make a real difference. We deliver a wide range of services across the Wirral and beyond, including: 🔹 1:1 and group coaching for children aged 6+, using The STILL Method 🔹 Parent sessions to manage anxiety, reduce guilt, and support SEN or neuro divergent children 🔹 School-based workshops to tackle exam stress, emotional dysregulation, and low confidence 🔹 Support for young carers, care leavers, and NEET young people, helping them build resilience and emotional well being 🔹 Grief support, adult anxiety coaching, and peer mentoring for those feeling overwhelmed or stuck 🔹 Free and funded support options, alongside paid programmes and PDF resources All our work is grounded in trauma-informed, neuroaffirming practice, with lived experience at the heart of our approach. We believe emotional education should be accessible, practical, and empowering — not overwhelming or clinical.
