About Tiro Tres Farms

Tiro Tres Farms incorporates Good Agricultural Practices (GAPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) as part of an overall Food Safety Management System using procedures customized for our farming, packing and cooling operation that is based on industry guidelines, customer recommendations, and self set standards. We are accountable for implementing a functional and successful operation. *Primus GFS certified & Certified Organic by QCS Our team strives to maintain a food safe environment by continuously implementing the latest changes in the industry and remaining transparent with our customers. Food safety is an integral part of our entire operation and is taken very seriously. Our food safety program includes a set of standard operating procedures (SOP’s), worker training programs, and documentation which address several areas of our agricultural operation, including but not limited to: worker health and hygiene, proper cleaning and sanitation, irrigation water, soil management, pesticide use, preventative maintenance, pathogen testing, and trace back procedures. Tiro Tres Farms’ goal is to make certain that we are consistently providing a quality and safe product for consumers to enjoy. Not only is this achieved through food safety and safe work practices, but through strenuous research in conjunction with Universities, Extension Services, seed companies and plant breeders to ensure sustainability. We strongly believe that great outcomes and continuous improvements are possible with all parts of the food chain collaborating.
